About Julia

Julia received her B.S. in Materials Engineering and M.S. in Biomedical Engineering. As a former Quality Engineer she is used to working hard, meeting strict deadlines, and fulfilling the highest expectations. She made the switch to real estate because she is passionate about the profession and missed the social interaction with people that this industry provides.  

After graduating from the University of Michigan she decided to make her home here. "I love this city for its diversity and charm and have met great people here. Ann Arbor is a very special place to me." 

Meet Jon 

Jon has been an Ann Arbor Resident for over 40 years and knows the latest and greatest about our local neighborhoods. As a licensed builder for almost 30 years now, he understands the advantages and disadvantages of owning an older home with character versus a new construction with all the upgrades. Jon specifically focuses on working with buyers and negotiating their best interests. 

He has great stories about his life in Ann Arbor that will entertain you for hours and can tell you about all the hidden gems this great town has to offer. He's a real local.  

He raised his family here and his son and daughter are both graduates of the University of Michigan and Eastern Michigan University, respectively. They are true Ann Arborites! 

Meet Ryan 

Ryan Racine has a degree in Graphic Arts from Eastern Michigan Univeristy and is The Yeh Group's Marketing Specialist He creates and develops advertising campaigns for the team, as well as designing the promotional materials for The Yeh Group's listings. He has the ability to transfer homes onto paper while maintaining their authenticity. With his expertise and eye for detail, he will prepare an effective marketing piece for your property, whether it is a single family home, condo, income property, or vacant land. Ryan knows that every home is unique and has something special to offer.
